The Mission of the Presbytery of New Harmony is to strengthen, nurture, and sustain its congregations and ministers, and to participate in the wider mission of the church through its higher governing bodies.

The Presbytery of New Harmony, a member of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), is situated along the northeastern coast of South Carolina. We have 7,644 members across 11 counties in South Carolina. The presbytery office, located in Florence, supports 66 congregations and 80 resident ministers.

Hopewell Presbyterian Church is searching for someone to fill their organist position.  We desire to fill this position as soon as possible. First Presbyterian Church, Cheraw is seeking a part-time organist for one service a week, weekly choir practice and special services.  The organ, Opus 104, was built by Gabriel Kney and Associates of London, Ontario, in 1986, and is designed to lead the congregation in glorious singing, accompany the choir and perform in recitals.  For more details and contact information, please see position description.
The Korean-American Presbyterian Church, in Sumter is searching for persons to fill two positions.  First, a pastor, who will be responsible to take care of youth group (10:50 am - 11:30 am on Sunday) and eventually to lead a Bible study for English congregation(11:35 am - 12:10 pm on Sunday). $200.00 will be paid weekly.  We want a young pastor (ordained or not) who currently studies or studied at the seminary).
Second, a pianist with a sense of Korean gospel song rhythms and tempos and who knows Korean hymnals. Praise starts around 10:30 am and worship will end around 12:10 pm on Sunday.  $100.00 will be paid weekly.
